Bruno Giussani
Bruno Giussani is an idea curator and the European director of TED, a global nonprofit devoted to "Ideas Worth Spreading". Through events, multilingual videos, the Internet, an award and a fellowship, and by encouraging broad involvement by its members, TED nurtures the power of great ideas and good thinking to peacefully change the world for the better through creativity, innovation and commitment.
Bruno is the curator of TEDGlobal, one of TED's two annual conferences. He is also a member of the Board of Tinext, a Swiss software company he co-founded, and of the Knight Fellowships at Stanford University in California. Previously, Bruno has written about current affairs, technology and innovation for a number of publications in Europe and the US, including the New York Times. He has won awards for both his writing and his blogging.
For four years, Bruno was an executive in charge of online strategy at the World Economic Forum, and he has co-founded two other technology companies.
